U.S. NABCI Privatelands Subcommittee

Charge

This Subcommittee was formed to help state and federal land management agencies better serve and interact with private landowners, and insure that they have incorporated specific bird conservation objectives from regional, national, and continental bird conservation plans into their land use plans and land management practices.

Most recently, the Subcommittee has been engaging the NRCS and FSA to advance strategic habitat initiatives and increase biological capacity to deliver the Farm Bill conservation programs.
